Blueoak Estates came to The Loft as a new and ambitious property development company but their website was not doing them any favours. Dated and unresponsive, it was not ranking in Google or bringing in any enquiries. Twelve months later, their new modern and responsive website is receiving daily enquiries and ranks on page 1 of Google.

Blueoak Estates are an award-winning property development company based in Chester. They specialise in building new homes and transforming disused buildings into luxury apartments. Over 6000% increase in web traffic from social media

The outcome & the future...

A combined brand, digital, social, SEO and PR strategy saw a 700% increase in traffic to the Blueoak Estates website in 12 months. The company has gone from having no enquiries to selling the majority of their homes off-plan. Indeed, there is now such a demand around a Blueoak home that people queue up from 4:30am to reserve a plot. Awards applications written and submitted by The Loft have also lead to Blueoak being shortlisted for two RICS awards and three NWPA awards – of which they won one.
